Minimum of one month occupancy - whether you stay to choose less than a month, unit can only be booked monthly due to condo rules 

Booking Deposit: 
The booking is confirmed with a 30 percent deposit.
Long Term Stay (2 months) booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of full rent.

Quiet Time Policy: 
The quiet time is a condo complex policy and is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Parking:
1 assigned parking space is located on the second floor of the garage

Non Smoking Policy:
Smoking/Vaping/ marijuana is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

We would like to remind all guests that our property strictly prohibits smoking. We kindly request everyone to honor this policy and refrain from smoking.

TV:
Both TVs are Smart TVs with cable. There is one in the living room and another TV in the bedroom.

Beach chairs and tent are available in the unit. 

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees:
Pets are not allowed in the unit.

Internet Service & Fee: 
Internet is included in the rent

Group & Min. Age Policies: 
There are group or minimum age requirements. Min. 25 years old. No more than 2 people.

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.

Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Cleaning on Departure: 
A fee is charged prior to arrival for full cleaning on departure, a one-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of days.
