This unit is a first floor Queen studio. Just 1 block from downtown and 5 blocks from the waterfront, this historic hotel will greet you with a cozy space right in the heart of downtown.
Please note this 1st Story Unit #103 is located in the 1888 Hotel main building. We ask that all guests be respectful by keeping noise down in the common staircase, 2nd floor balcony, and the front porch. Guests shall have access to their own private studio unit as well as the common hallway and staircase (staircase is not required to access this unit).
This unit features a marble counter-top, fully functioning fridge, ice maker, and counter-top burner. The studio includes a queen sized bed, smart TV, dresser, desk, and wardrobe for maximum comfort.
This unit comes with (1) parking pass in the nearby MAACM parking garage, but if you want to explore all that downtown St. Pete has to offer, you can leave your car behind. Take a stroll, take the free Downtown Looper trolley, or take one of the electric scooters all located right outside the local Kawha Coffee shop across the street.
The location is second to none, next door to Must Wine Loft and walking distance to all the amenities that make Downtown Saint Petersburg a destination location. You will be 2 blocks from Vinoy Park, 2 blocks from the Sundial plaza, 4 blocks from the famous St. Pete Pier, 4 blocks from Central Ave and a short 10 minute drive to Trip Advisor’s #1 beach in the country - St. Pete Beach.

St. Pete has a noise ordinance policy in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident. Please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund. St Pete is also experiencing a construction boom and there are several projects happening in the area.
One parking pass to a nearby garage is included in your stay. All guest agree to the terms and conditions set by the garage and management. The pass will be available in your room upon check in. Failure to return the pass will result in a $75 fine. Guests are required to comply with all street signage regarding permissible parking zones. Onsite parking is exclusively designated for 15-minute loading and unloading. Otherwise, vehicles may be subject to towing. Detailed parking instructions will be sent during your stay.
If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance. Availability is not guaranteed as it depends on the readiness of the unit and scheduling of cleaning, and may be subject to an additional fee.
Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am and keep noise to a minimum in common spaces and hallway during this time.
Please always lock the front door/rear door behind you after using our key-less entry. Safety is a top priority for us.
Please do not set the air conditioning temperature below 72 degrees at any time.
Please note that the washer and dryer are available for use only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Please no parties or events, as well as no glitter or any other decorations which may cause damage to the property.
Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.
Please no candles or any other fire hazards at the property.
Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.
Please do not open or touch any of the windows.
Please note that pets are prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine and termination of the stay.
