Or it would be inconvenient to lounge by a heated pool, tan on Pass-A-Grille Beach, build sandcastles at St. Pete Beach, or take in the serenity of the water from your private 2nd floor balcony in the most comfortable Adirondack chairs!

Welcome to Aquaview, a completely updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental. You'll adore the thoughtful updates with serene, relaxing decor and open floor plan that sleeps 6.

The fully appointed kitchen includes the sparkling white cabinets and granite counters, and a myriad of small appliances such as Keurig and drip coffee makers, a Nutribullet, hand-mixer, settings for 8, rice steamer, waffle maker, and a full array of cookware and bakeware. It’s just like home – but with an amazing Tampa Bay view! There is counter seating for 4, and an expandable table that also seats 4.

The Mermaid (larger) bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bath, and plenty of room for unpacking, working, or sleeping. There is also a 45” tv with FireStick and overhead lighting with fan.

The Flamingo (secondary) bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and has balcony access and views of the pool and Bay, a 30” smart tv, plenty of drawer space, and overhead lighting with fan.

Relax on the new comfy couch or love seat to watch the 60” smart tv, or just take in the serene water views. And if you need additional sleeping, the sofa is a pull-out!

Meant to provide all the amenities of home, AquaView also has in-unit washer and dryer and a variety of games. Should you need to work remotely, folding desk/tables and the high-speed wireless wifi that is known to be accessed from a pool chair! Venturing to the beach? Grab the beach towels, cooler bag, sand toys, umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and more from the balcony storage closet!

Common elements to Palma del Mar on Isla del Sol include a full workout room, a community gathering room, a hot tub, and of course the heated pool with plenty of loungers and tables. If stairs aren’t your thing, there is an elevator. And the second-floor public laundry room is perfect for all your sandy beach towels. Security regularly patrols, and there is an guest parking on the first floor of the directly outside of the unit.

As far as location, there isn’t a more convenient one! You’re 12 minutes to all that downtown St. Pete (DTSP) offers including fantastic dining, the Saturday market, museums like the Dali and Morean (featuring Dale Chihuly glass sculptures), and of course the world famous The Pier! Head South and explore the Ft. DeSoto State Park or go West to enjoy the Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete public beaches and dining. Be sure to take a peek inside the newly renovated Vinoy in DTSP and Don CeSar on the Beach. These historic hotels are gorgeous!

Aquaview is approximately 30 minutes to Tampa airport, 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, 45 minutes to Sarasota, and 90 minutes to Walt Disney World and Universal! Close enough for a day-trip!
