Skiff Point condos is a 12 unit building that’s an 8 minute walk to Publix, 10 minute walk to Island Way Grill and their world famous Sunday Brunch, and a 6 minute drive to Pier 60 and the country’s most beautiful beaches. You will have your own designated parking space 20 feet from the front door.
