Sea Breeze # 707 ist eine direkte Gulf Front Wohnung mit einem großen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Geräumige zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Wohnung mit einem 1200 qm großen Split-Grundriss. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Kostenloses Kabel- und WLAN-Internet. Ein Parkausweis wird zur Verfügung gestellt (der zweite Pass kann auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden).

Sea Breeze liegt direkt am Strand mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand. Das große Pooldeck mit Jacuzzi liegt direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet auch einen Grillbereich mit Picknicktischen, einem Boccia-Ballplatz und Tiki-Hütten. Waschmöglichkeiten auf der 4. und 7. Etage. Johns Pass Village ist nur 5 Blocks entfernt.

Madeira Bay Resort

This is a nice resort if you are with others who are mobile. The aerial picture of the building leaves an impression that the building is on the ocean side, which in fact is not true. Gulf Blvd. must be crossed in order to get to the beach side. This is a very busy road. We saw many accidents at the crosswalks. My elderly mother and sisters were not able to go to the ocean due to the distance. The pool is nice, but bathrooms are not near by and the umbrellas need some attention. If I had a young family, it would have been more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Seabreeze in room 707! The place was nice with a big kitchen and living area. The kitchen was decently stocked. The furniture was comfortable and clean; however, there was no pull-out sofa bed like listed. The bedrooms were nice but the beds were a little hard. It was a little tight squeeze in the double beds but we made due. The view out both bedrooms was beautiful! One looked out over the beach and the other over the bay. The bathrooms were standard with one having a full bath and the second bathroom having a small separate area to get ready then the shower and toilet (no bath). The balcony was very nice to have! Great view of the ocean and beach plus it overlooked the pool. My mother-in-law enjoyed being able to watch us play from the balcony. I enjoyed sitting out there while doing just a little work. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. We did think it could use a bit of TLC with a deep cleaning and some updating. There were places in the rooms with some dirt buildup and one shower in particular needed a good scrubbing. The towels and linens were cheap and could really use some upgrades. We did know there would be minimal supplies but it’s annoying. For the price you pay in fees you’d think you could get enough toilet paper for the few days we stayed. I do think we’d stay again though. The area was very nice and we enjoyed our time.

Perfect condo right on the beach.

Awesome condo!!! Updated. Renovated. Beautiful beach. Beautiful view from balcony. Really nice pool - seems like pool was renovated as well. Perfect location. Condo was perfect and we would totally rent again. Only thing to request would be to add electronic access pad for room instead of a key. Easy easy late check in and super easy check out. Would totally recommend.

Best Vacay ever!

The grounds were perfect and the condo was beautiful. The view of the beach from the balcony was so amazing that we didn’t want to leave. The pool and hot tub are one step away from the white sandy beach. I would stay here again without looking anywhere else. Best trip ever.

Other condos that I have rented were stocked with more basic needs: salt/pepper, aluminum foil, coffee filters, paper towels/toilet for more than 1 days use. Other than that, condo was clean, location was great!! Pool and beach were well maintained.

We had a great time! Beautiful beach, beautiful condo, beautiful view, and close to lots of restaurants and shopping! We walked to John’s Pass almost everyday, and never really had to plan things too far in advance. Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!!

Great Getaway

My husband and I have stayed at several different condos in this area and this has been our favorite. The location is great. Short walk or drive to John’s Pass and some really good restaurants, excellent view right out the balcony. The condo is very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked nicely and the bed we stepped in was comfy. We had a great stay.

A delightful apartment

This is a terrific unit. VE]ery clean and extremely well furnished, especially in the kitchen. We liked that there is no personal "stuff" of the owner's around, so you don't feel like you are really staying in someone else's home. This is impersonal, like a hotel room. The unit is very bright and the Gulf views are beautiful. You can hear the surf if the balcony door is open. The only thing is that the door from the balcony to the master bedroom does not open, so air circulation if the windows are open is not as good as it could be. We are very familiar with this building and it is the best apartment we have rented. Our compliments to the owner.

Perfect location

Great location, walking distance to John’s Pass to the south and many good restaurants and bars to the north. We had beautiful sunsets over the water. The pool and hot tub were clean and very relaxing. There were also outside grills to use. We did not use the grills but nice to know they are available. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean and updated. We would definitely stay there again.
