This beachfront beauty has a gulf-front balcony with access from the master suite and the living room that allows guests easy access to soak in unparalleled sunsets over the gulf's waters each evening. With this being a first-floor unit, guests can take the spiral staircase to the ground floor and out to the pool and beach. This unit is in an ideal location being close to the elevators, assigned parking space, and the outdoor amenities closet filled with beach items. You can access these areas from the spiral staircase as well. The complex of Reef Club has plenty of outdoor amenities to enhance your vacation experience including a relaxing heated pool, hot tub, covered dining tables, grills, tennis court, and sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Kitchen: Updated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Amenities include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Beautifully appointed dining area complete with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar that sits 2.
Living Room: The stylish living area features a flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan, a cozy sectional, and elegant accents leading out onto the balcony with ample seating and a spiral staircase leading directly to the pool and beach!
Bedroom #1: The master suite features a luxurious King Bed, plush chaise lounge, smart TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. This room also has beachfront balcony access.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Offers dual vanity sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a bidet.
Bedroom #2: Hosts a Queen bed and bonus bunkbeds, nightstand with USB port, ceiling fan, and smart TV.
Bathroom #2: The guest bathroom has a granite vanity with a sink, a tub/shower combination, and a bidet.
Bedroom #3: Provides a cozy retreat with a Queen bed, nightstand with USB port, ceiling fan, and smart TV.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer provided in the unit.
Beach Closet: 6 folding beach chairs, rolling cooler, boogie boards, and sand surf toys.

Important Information
House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. 2. No parties or events. 3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Parking: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot. There is limited guest parking available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, breweries, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and is a favorite for families to visit. It is just over Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
