A rental agreement with SunHost Resorts is required before your reservation is confirmed. The condo association also requires a guest application and approval prior to arrival. It must be completed within 4 days of booking to avoid cancellation. The non-refundable $100 application fee is included in the booking cost.

PLEASE NOTE
Due to the 2024 hurricane season, construction is underway at Madeira Beach Yacht Club as ground floor units are repaired, per the Board of Directors. Unit 165A is ready for guests and the pools are open, but please expect construction activity on the property.
