Property had a nice back yard and you can BBQ if you want to. We used bikes that were available and included in the package (Pinnealis Trail). There is a table on the porch that you can eat breakfast or drink coffee. Apt. also have plenty of supplies like coffee, sugar, shampoo, etc. We have no negative comments about this property. We would visit again. Thank you.

The place was small but space was utilized well. Great location and May and her husband were very nice. Definitely would stay again. The only thing we would recommend is to get the bedroom ceiling fan fixed other than that it was wonderful!

Walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches. Bicycles are a must in Tarpon Springs, so that was a special bonus. Nice neighborhood and nice hostess and host. Will be back!

We really enjoyed the location being close to 'local' sites. Sunset beach is walkable around the block. Most locations in Tarpon Springs are within 3 miles from this location. The host was very communicative before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this.

Great short term rental
The property is great for a short term rental but has some limitations if a longer stay is required. A reminder that the property does not have a stove, kitchen sink and only a medium sized fridge and microwave. The upstairs apartment is located off the owners residence in a separate wing. The location is great, close to everything.

Clean and convenient
We enjoyed our stay in Tarpon Springs, The apartment was incredibly clean and convenient to everything. Make sure to check out the sunset at Sunset Beach . Since it was cold, we also got to see the manatees at Craig Park. The only drawback was the walls aren't too thick - we heard a dog bark (occasionally) and someone coughing - but literally nothing else. We would certainly stay there again!!

Great getaway weekend!
Had never been to the Tarpon Springs area before but we had a great time! Very nice area! Apt was perfect! Only 8 min from the Sponge dock area. Very clean and comfortable. There was quick and great communication with May, the property owner. Bikes were a nice perk to take about a 10 min bike ride down to Sunset Beach! Would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Excellent Location
My husband and I were attending a wedding in Dunedin. The location was perfect for this. Quick access to Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and easily found from Tampa International Airport. The room was very clean and May was very attentive. May sent messages through the vrbo app to check in and make sure we didn’t need anything. I had a couple of questions and they were answered almost immediately. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend if you are looking for a great location with easy access to surrounding areas.

Stayed here for 2 nights, 2nd floor in duplex - very quiet apartment and quiet neighborhood! Apartment was CLEAN! Looks just like the photos. Check in was easy, May gave step by step directions plus photos for the unit. Had everything we needed (fan, coffee maker, fridge, plenty of towels, paper plates, cups, microwave). Good location in Tarpon, lots of nice restaurants nearby and 2 swimming beaches within 10 minutes, plus close to Tarpon sponge docks which is a really cool area to explore. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Nice little apartment off the main roads. Very close to the beach. The two things that could have been better were the mattress and the lack of a kitchen. The refrigerator had no freezer and no sink other than in the bathroom. Bathroom was very nice. Owners were very to talk with online.

Clean, cute studio! Perfect for us for the weekend…we didn’t plan on eating in but May had all the necessary items if we needed a quick meal, microwave and small fridge available and she answered messages very promptly. Very clean and convenient to Sunset Beach, not far from Dunedin also. Loved it and will definitely visit again!

Nice and Quaint
May and her husband were wonderful hosts, and their place was very clean, quite, and quaint! We had a wonderful vacation, visited the local beach and area. About 25-40 min drive to Clearwater give or take with traffic, and we made a couple of trips to that area to hang on the beach, swim in the ocean, and took a dolphin excursion. Also visited St Pete's beach which was about an hour drive, and the Tampa area which was also about an hour away. If we're ever to visit the area in the future, we'd enjoyed staying here again, and would definitely recommend. Thanks Krista & Rasheed.
