La Dolce Vita”( The sweet life) is a remarkable true waterfront 3 bedroom 2 Bath home located in St Petersburg , a quaint, private neighborhood called “Parque Narvaez”.

As you enter the door, you will be taken away by the expansive waterfront views of the intracoastal water ways, Dog leg Key and Bird Sanctuary Island thru brand new picture windows, a recently 45ft custom built pool with sitting bench & jets, a waterfall, water bubblers & shallow beach shelve for your lil kids to enjoy!

Beautiful fully equipped open concept kitchen with Italian White Carrara Marble countertop big enough you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner ( please don't spill wine or squeeze lemons on it), 6 stools, all major and small appliances, dishwasher, double French door refrigerator, glass top stove & oven,plenty silverware, glasses, pots,pans etc.

The kitchen leads to the Florida dining room with Tuscany style table, 8 chairs and Credenza .

Generous living room includes three couches, a 65 inch smart TV and fireplace.

Elegant Master bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser, mirror, night stands, artistic dolphin lamps, offers water views thru double French doors and also gives privacy to our guests.
The walk in closet is located in the Master Bath hidden by pocket doors.

Large walk in shower, double sink vanity, two mirrors and White Carrara marble top.

Guest bedroom #1 includes more open water way views, a queen size bed, dresser, mirror, two night stands, lamps a flat screen TV, and closet .

Guest bedroom #2 offers a bunk bed with full size bed lower and twin size bed upper allowing three guests to sleep in this room, ideal for kids or teenagers, a 55 inch smart TV, closet.

Guest bath with new vanity, mirror , bathtub, and picture mirror.

Separate air conditioned laundry room with washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator for all your extra food and drinks. Ironing board and iron is provided if you are in the mood of ironing ( who wants to iron on vacation??). But it's there for you just in case!

Step out into the backyard oasis in the morning, afternoon or the end of the day, unwind and breathe in the lovely outdoor living space, beautiful pool, bathe in the sun loungers, dine at the six top outdoor table, sitting chairs , umbrella, outdoor shower, large gas grill, a kayak is also offered for guests to enjoy, step on the dock, watch the Dolphins, Manatees and boats as they go by, bring your fishing rods for a fresh catch of the day, sink in those red sunsets ,( it's so cool to take a look at the Johns Pass Bridge when night lights turn on).

La Dolce Vita can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Walk to beautiful Waterfront Park of St. Petersburg again called Parque Narvaez that offers scenic views ancient trees, board walks and some history.

La Dolce Vita sits away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and is only a 10 minute drive from Madeira Beach or Treasure Island Sugar White Sandy Beaches!

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
​​​​​​​5. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Parking:
This property provides 3 parking spaces.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Walking distance to Gateway to India restaurant, across the Main Street ( Bay Pines Blvd) to Target, Kohls, Cody's Original Roadhouse, short drive to Super Walmart shopping center with more restaurants like Texas Roadhouse, Village Inn and Starbucks for breakfast . Or just hop to the beach for a fish fry or fresh grouper sandwich. Tyrone Mall is a short drive as well.
30 minute drive to Tampa International airport, Busch Gardens amusement Park, Tropicana fields, Buccaneers field, explore one of the best beaches in USA, Fort De Soto historic Park with its emerald green water and white powdery sand.

The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World.
