From sunrise coffee to sunset beach walks, this is your place to slow down and enjoy Indian Shores.

Our remodeled, sixth-floor condo at Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club offers 1,050 square feet, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and room for up to six guests. Thoughtful extras throughout make it easy to arrive, unpack, and start your vacation.

YOUR FRONT-ROW SEAT TO THE WATER

Start your morning with sunrise and coffee on your private 24-foot waterfront balcony. Settle into a rocking chair, watch boats glide along the Intracoastal, and keep an eye out for dolphins.

After a day exploring, the balcony welcomes you back for a cool drink and time together overlooking the water. You can also see the community pool—handy for checking how busy it is before heading downstairs.

WHITE-SAND DAYS & GULF SUNSETS

The white-sand Gulf beach is approximately a 3–5-minute walk across the parking lot and Gulf Boulevard. Spend the day swimming, searching for shells, or relaxing beneath an umbrella, then return to the shore for spectacular sunsets on clear evenings.

We make beach days easier with equipment already here:

• Beach umbrellas and towels
• Coolers and ice packs
• Beach toys and boogie boards

Fishing poles and tennis and pickleball equipment are also available for more ways to enjoy your stay.

ROOM TO UNWIND

• Primary bedroom: King bed with a memory-foam mattress, water views, and balcony access.
• Second bedroom: Three twin sleeping spaces, including a pullout trundle.
• Living room: Queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory-foam mattress.

Two full bathrooms make getting ready easier. Extra towels, sheets, and blankets are provided, along with a Pack ’n Play for little ones.

MEALS AT YOUR OWN PACE

Make breakfast before the beach, pack a picnic, or enjoy dinner at home. The well-equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and a selection of appliances for preparing meals during your stay.

THE LITTLE THINGS ARE HERE, TOO

Enjoy Wi-Fi, televisions, books, and board games for relaxed evenings or a break from the sun. Extra linens and starter bathroom supplies help you settle in comfortably.

EXPLORE RIGHT OUTSIDE

Walk to coffee, restaurants, a general store, and Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf. A trolley stop in front of the property offers another way to explore the surrounding beach communities.

The condo is conveniently located just two doors from the elevator, with nearby parking to make arrivals and outings easier.

GUEST ACCESS

You’ll have private access to the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo and your own 24-foot waterfront balcony.

During your stay, enjoy Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club’s shared amenities:

• Lighted tennis and pickleball courts
• Shuffleboard
• Four-hole putting green
• Fishing pier
• Outdoor grills, tiki hut, and waterfront picnic areas
• Eighth-floor sun deck

Beach and sports equipment stored in the condo is available for your use.

Elevators serve the building, and shared laundry facilities are located on the fourth floor. There is no washer or dryer inside the condo.

Community amenities are subject to association rules, operating hours, maintenance, and availability. Ongoing building renovations may temporarily affect access to common areas.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Hi, we’re Tammy and Scott! We love sharing our Indian Shores getaway and helping guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

Before your stay, we’ll send arrival information to help you get settled. Inside the condo, you’ll find local recommendations for places to eat, explore, and enjoy.

You’ll have the condo to yourselves, with us available through Vrbo messaging if questions come up or you need anything. We may also send a brief check-in during your stay to make sure you’re comfortable.

Whether your ideal vacation means exploring the area or spending your days between the beach, pool, and balcony, we’re happy to help you make the most of your time here.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

PLEASE READ: BUILDING RENOVATIONS

Exterior building, common walkway, and painting renovations are ongoing, with completion currently expected by the end of 2026.

Daytime construction noise, dust, and temporary changes to common-area access are possible. Disruption varies depending on the work underway and its location. Our rates reflect the ongoing project.

Please message us before booking if you would like the latest available information about work expected during your dates.

WATERFRONT LOCATION & BEACH ACCESS

The condo overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. Gulf beach access is across Gulf Boulevard, approximately a 3–5-minute walk through the parking lot and across the street.

Enjoy waterfront mornings from the private balcony, then head to the Gulf beach for sunset views. Sunset visibility depends on the weather, and dolphin sightings cannot be guaranteed.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

• The responsible booking guest must be at least 25 years old, as required by our insurance.
• Maximum occupancy is six guests.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.
• Checkout: Before 10:00 a.m.

AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

Central air conditioning and heating can be adjusted between 68°F and 80°F.

SUPPLIES & LAUNDRY

Starter bathroom supplies are provided. Guests may need to replenish these during longer stays.

Shared laundry facilities are on the fourth floor; there is no washer or dryer inside the condo.
