Holiday Villas III is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Work occurs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, and may affect pool access during work hours. Some balcony closures may occur while your unit’s section is being worked on (currently projected for May 2026). Weekend pool access and balcony enjoyment outside active work are unaffected. Parking adjustments may also be necessary during construction.
