The 2nd bedroom has a Queen and XL Twin bed with TV and DVD player, this bedroom has an Intracoastal Waterway view. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and Intracoastal Waterway views. The unit offers free Long Distance calling to the U.S. and Canada and Free secure WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped to include microwave and dishwasher. There is an inside unit Washer/Dryer for your convenience. This unit has an assigned covered parking space.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
