Inside, find an open living area with stylish furnishings and custom fixtures, a well-equipped kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and such conveniences as a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room and bedrooms.



The bedrooms include a primary suite with private balcony access, a personal work desk, and an en suite bath with marble dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate dressing area.



The Sea Gate complex boasts a heated oceanfront pool, tropical lounge areas, and a grilling patio. As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.
