Best location in the area for everything. It's a short walk to the causway beach, 4 beaches at Honeymoon Island State Park, 5 minute drive. Every kind of restaurant nearby. Best fish market in town is 1 block away. 40+ mile bike trail to Tarpon Springs or downtown Dunedin, Clearwater. Place is clean, modern and pretty quiet inside. Can't hear the traffic.

Property as described, wifi is average at best, there are 3 TV's two we couldn't get working the third was so slow and cumbersome, contacted owners who didn't help, they were supposed to send someone to help but they never showed. Would not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here!
My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this very clean and comfortable place in Dunedin. When we first arrived, we ran into a snafu which Chris and Danielle took care of immediately. They were both very accommodating and easy to reach at all times to answer any questions. Although there isn't a stovetop oven, there is a microwave, hot plates and a big toaster oven. There is also an outside grill, although we didn't use it. There are also lots of other amenities including bikes which we used on the bike path, a paddle board and a kayak along with beach chairs, coolers and plenty of dishes and utensils. Frenchy's restaurant is right across the road which was very convenient and tasty. We were able to walk the causeway every morning and visit Honeymoon Beach which was only a couple of miles away. Every morning we would sit out front with our coffee and watch all the cars and walkers go by. This rental is directly on the causeway so be aware there will be traffic and noise during the busy times of the day. We knew this in advance so we were prepared plus the bedrooms are in the back so we didn't hear noise when sleeping. Thank you Chris and Danielle for allowing us to stay in your beautiful rental!

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts provided everything we needed and more. We were able to walk to Honeymoon Island, restaurants, grocery, shopping. We had a lot of fun birding. A short drive into Dunedin provided more fun shops and restaurants and Hammock Park was our favorite place to walk. Definitely recommend.

Causeway apartment
This is a very comfortable apartment....spacious rooms, well equipped with cooking utensils and beach, bike and kayak equipment. The location with proximity to the beach and Pinellas trail is wonderful. There are also a few restaurants and a Publix grocery within walking distance. Although the Causeway can get busy at times, the noise did not penetrate the apartment. Chris was easy to work with and patiently showed us how to use the television. Great place to stay in Dunedin right by the water.
My buddy and I stayed for three nights. It is about 100 yds from the water and walkable to about a dozen restaurants. If you stay here take a quick Uber over to downtown Dunedin for dinner and drinks. Perfect for a long weekend to get away from cold weather. Amenities were perfect and everything looked fresh and clean.

Amazing hideaway
The place was absolutely adorable and you couldn’t ask for a better location. It was a 5 min drive from honeymoon island state park for beach and a block away from grocery needs. Kids enjoyed walking around and fishing. Def 10/10 recommend and will be back! Dunedin is beautiful!

Quick Getaway
This is a lovely property. The interior design is beautiful. If you want a quiet and peaceful getaway this is the place. 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 8 minutes from Honeymoon Beach. We did not use the Wi-Fi but the cable situation was working great with Netflix and Direct TV. Only issue we had was the shower is not working in the hallway bathroom. No stove in the unit just a toaster oven and microwave.

Perfect Location
Our stay here was amazing, the property is very clean and very spacious. Centrally located to anything you need. We walked to several stores and eateries. The owners were very welcoming, nice and responded immediately to all of our messages. Honeymoon island was either a short car ride or bike ride away. We really enjoyed staying here. We felt like this was home away from home. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. We highly recommend and will be returning! This place was exactly what it looks and said it would be. They had everything that we needed for a perfect vacation. We took the paddle board to Honeymoon Island with us and had a blast. We took bikes and rode on the trail, which was my children's favorite part since they are now over 21 and we can ride to all the many places in Dunedin. Would stay again.

First off the communication with the owners was exceptional, any questions I had were answered right away. The locations is very central to what I wanted, there is a restaurant across the street, there is a Publix and small shopping center and primacy down the block. It is near the entrance to Honeymoon island so close to the beach. The apartment is large and modern, it has everything you need to live there. fully stacked kitchen, minus food. The place was spotless and very appealing. I will use this place again as I plan to go down a bit to visit my mother who lives in Palm Harbor. Two bedrooms, two baths, large living room, pictures do not do it justice. Just a great place to stay at.

WOW!!!
We went to Clearwater for a long weekend and decided to stay in Dunedin. We absolutely loved this apartment. First of all so much bigger than pics give justice. There were four of us and we were extremely comfortable. The place has everything you need to have an amazing trip. You are convently located near just about everything. We really enjoyed the area too. Chris and Danielle were amazing! Attentive and responsive to any questions. Thank you both for allowing us to have a great family weekend at your place.

Wonderful Stay with Our Family during Easter
Our family of 4 had a fabulous time at this perfect villa, on the Dunedin Causeway during Easter weekend! Danielle and Chris make sure that your every need is met, during your stay there! The kitchen is well stocked, as well as the bathrooms, with plenty of towels, hair dryers and flat irons. They were all nice and clean. The beds are cozy and comfortable. As well as the family room furniture, especially the big leather couch. All the "toys" and some chairs for the beach and water are for sure an added bonus! And the central location is just awesome (there are cars on the causeway driving by all night, but we did bring our sleep machines and slept regardless) Frenchy's Outpost, literally across the street is a must for lunch or dinner, as well as Ozona Blue. We definitely hope to be back again very soon. Thank you Danielle and Chris for being such great hosts and helping make our family's Easter so memorable!

The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and all the rooms were nice sized and well appointed. The King bed in Master bedroom was very comfortable with very nice sheets. The kitchen had all the equipment needed. Although there was no stove, the hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven were adequate for any cooking or re-heating we did. We had a little difficulty understanding the locking system as the directions were for the front door which did not lock from the outside. We always parked and entered from the rear of the building and once we understood how to lock that door we had no problem. I did suggest to the owner that he update his instructions. The location was on a busy street (the only street accessing Honeymoon Island) but noise was not an issue. The park closes at sunset so traffic dies down significantly then. The unit is very close to the Pinelas trail for walking and biking and there are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The Publix Grocery store is about a half mile away...very convenient. The unit has bicycles which we used often. The front patio has seating for 4 and while small, is very private. There was plenty of closet and drawer space and lots of hangers. Directions should say that the unit is a duplex with a really cute store next door. We arrived at night and thought we were at the wrong location so we went around the block before checking again. Absolutely amazing....
We have been traveling to Dunedin for about five years and have stayed at different places. This is by far the most amazing place we have stayed. I could not have asked for a better location close to Honeymoon Island State Park and Dunedin. The place is just beautiful and has everything you could need for your stay. D’ Perfect West Florida Vacation Spot
Our family of four and Waffles (small dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts of this lovely 2 Bed/2Bath home thought of everything! We were able to bike to Honeymoon Island (less than 2 miles away), kayak and paddle board on the Causeway Blvd., visit galleries and shops at Downtown Dunedin, cook meals and eat at restaurants within walking distance. Waffles was able to go with us pretty much everywhere…this is a very pet-friendly town. [All sports and beach equipment provided by the hosts.] We will definitely be back!
