The 6 Units along with a large Heated Pool are all tucked away within a thoughtfully planned, peaceful & wooded lot.... located right on the Pinellas Trail! The front entrance is conveniently located on Bayshore Blvd just north of the crossroad of Wilson. Once you enter the front door of your unit you will enjoy a surprisingly private & upscale experience...sparkling clean & stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation!

Welcome to the brand new Costal Tiny Home, one of 6 luxury rentals tucked away within Dunedin Tiny House Vacation Rentals, located right on the Pinellas Trail!  The front entrance is conveniently located on Bayshore Blvd just north of the crossroad of Wilson.  Once you enter the front door of your unit you will enjoy a surprisingly private & upscale experience...stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation!

* LIVING AREA: Comfy Sofa that converts into a queen sleeper and Flat Screen TV (sleeper accommodates 1 adult or 2 children)
* DINING AREA: Seating at Dining Table with room for 4 with Slider opening to an outdoor lower deck. Table doubles as a Desk/Workspace, if needed
* KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you'll need...All kitchen items are brand new, not a mishmash of vacation rental leftovers. Brand New Appliances just installed!
* BEDROOM: Has King size bed with brand new mattress, mattress protector, & pillows. 
* BATHROOM: Shower/Tub Combo
*LARGE OUTDOOR COVERED PORCH: Overlooking Pinellas Trail
* PARKING: 1 Assigned parking space on Property in Front Parking Area

* Brand New Heated Swimming Pool (Heated when outside temps are 60 Degrees or above) Family-Friendly Pool/Proper Swim Attire Must Be Worn at All Times
* Private Access to Pinellas Trail. Please ask us about Bike Rental Services to have bikes delivered right to your front door
* Coin Operated Washer/Dryer located in communal laundry room - The machines take quarters only, we do not have a change maker on property
* All Towels & Linens provided as well as a starter set of Paper towels, Trash bags, Toilet Tissue, Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap & Sponge, Laundry Detergent, Kleenex, Coffee & Creamer. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive check in instructions 3 days prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. Base price includes the first 2 guests; additional charge for each guest thereafter. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: While we welcome groups celebrating life events, LOUD OR VULGAR LANGUAGE OR DRUNKEN OR OTHER INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION OF ALL PARTIES AND THE TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S DISCRETION.   
VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. We have very limited parking on property.
VISITORS AT THE POOL: Our pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool. 
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note there are exterior and 1 interior laundry room video security cameras on the grounds to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. Obstructing, moving, damaging or in any way altering these devices will result in the loss of security deposit and additional charges.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.
NO PETS ALLOWED
USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.

Great Stay!

Nicely decorated and clean property. Perfect for a few days getaway for two. Location on bike trail was perfect, quick & easy walk to downtown Dunedin to rent bikes and ideal to hop on jolly trolley to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. Check in / out was seamless! Will definitely stay here in the future!

Perfect house on the bike trail

We came to Dunedin to ride bikes and relax. Our Tiny house was perfect for the two of us with the porch view on the trail. The house was super clean as well as the entire property, pool included. We were minutes away from downtown Dunedin on bike and found plenty of great restaurants and breweries. Overall a great stay.

Great Location

We were very pleased with the location of the property. Great access to Pinellas trail and only 1 mile to Dunedin. The unit is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. Kevin the property maintenance person was very friendly and introduced himself when we saw him. The property lighting was nicely done for evening entrance into the units. The reason we didn't give 5 stars was: the pool was cold and it stated it was heated; the furniture was not good quality and not comfortable; the laundry facility was 2 per load each wash/dry and our clothes never got fully dried each time using the highest heat option. Management was responsive on messaging.

Enjoyed this Tiny House. Simple, quiet with everything you would need. Refreshing to stay in such a clean, ‘minimalist’ abode. One mile walk on Pinellas Trail to Main Street restaurants and shops, as well as multiple breweries; short car ride to the beaches. Highly Recommend.

We stayed for a week in this tiny house off of the trail. We not only enjoyed the house, we enjoyed watching the trail use and used the trail daily. The house is very clean and the check in, check out process is seamless. The host is very knowledgeable of the area and will answer any questions.

I absolutely loved this tiny house! It was so cute and very clean. Soap, shampoo and hairdryer were furnished so it was nice not having to pack those items. I live nearby so this was the perfect place for a quick and easy getaway. Looking forward to a return visit!

Wow!

I can’t recommend this wonderful place enough!! The location is so well thought out and perfect for anyone who loves biking! The actual unit was roomy and so cute! A king size bed that was so comfy and the full size roomy bath- it was better than most hotel rooms we have stayed in! The grounds of the property were absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect- a live oak tree with Spanish moss hung over giving shade in the midday. There was a boardwalk that ran thru the whole property making it very accessible for the more mobility challenged. A gorgeous grill, thoughtful touches like hand soap, tp, paper towels, shampoo, and even laundry soap and dishwasher soap were extra things most places neglect. We’re already planning next time! Thank you so much!
