~ No same-day bookings; 4-day lead time required for lease approval
~ Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak season
~ An application fee of $150 is charged upon booking
~ Your email & a picture of your photo ID are required to submit the application
~ A rental agreement will have to be electronically signed.

~ Smoke-free property (smoking permitted at the beach or outside on the sidewalk)

Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking, and vehicles cannot exceed 6'6", including items on the roof of the vehicle.
