The home is 100% private and exclusively your space to occupy. We have carefully considered your privacy, while also allowing you the ability to interact and connect with other guests if wanted.

Conveniently situated just far enough away from the “busy” district, we are located on a very safe & quiet corner of Clearwater Beach. While still having easy access to all of the islands restaurants, shops, beach, etc. you can also enjoy our private courtyard tucked away from all the hustle of the strip.

Island is easily walkable from our location; Complimentary beach cruiser bikes, Jolly Trolley, Uber, private golf cart transport on-site* are also alternatives if needed.

While we have taken careful consideration to provide the safest & most customer-friendly accommodations, please be aware that this is a houseboat and there are certain contingencies that guests must acknowledge.

Safely entering & exiting the vessel, withstanding potential minor rocking, & moving about within tight quarters. Our Mandatory Liability & Awareness waiver must be signed by all Participants, no exceptions will be made.
