  • Newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom located on the 2nd floor, corner unit, central air, 800sq. ft. condo in beautiful St. Pete Beach, just around the corner from Sunset beach!!
    Come relax in a clean, comfortable, corner unit with 800+sq ft. on the 2nd floor. This condo comes fully furnished with brand new flat screen TVs, basic cable and Roku in the living room so you can log in to your favorite streaming service. WIFI, and a newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, tea pot, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster oven and a dining area...you won’t need to bring anything.

    The master bedroom features a queen bed with newer mattress, full bathroom, brand new flat screen TV, night stands, armoire/dresser and fan.
    The second bedroom has new adult, industrial queen over queen bunk beds, night stand and dresser.

    Condo is stocked with linens, bath towels, extra bedding, beach towels, movies, games, highchair, Pack N Play, toys, beach chairs & umbrellas, tennis rackets & balls, folding chairs (for extra seating), iron & ironing board.

    This condo sleeps up to 4 to 6 people comfortably.

    Come enjoy the heated pool with sun deck, or take a walk across the street to one of three public fishing docks, all within a short walk to Sunset Beach!

    Please note this is a NONSMOKING and NO PETS condo. There will be a $350 cleaning fee if anyone is found smoking or any animals are in the condo.

    This condo has a 3 night minimum.

    You can hop on the Trolley right out in front of the Condo from St. Pete's Beach to Clearwater Beach.

This was a beautiful rental, close to everything, and plenty of room for my family! We never used the pool because the beach was so close, just a couple minutes to drive, but I wanted it just in case for the kids.

We had a lot of fun at Matthew’s condo as a family of four. Communication with our host was excellent, and any small problems that arose were handled quickly, and with care. The condo was immaculate, and everything was as listed and more. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. We utilized all the beach accessories every day. They had everything we could need during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will for sure be back!

There was so much in the condo including beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels and the kitchen had everything too. Our granddaughters loved the pool and it was also close to the beach and bars/restaurants so we walked to everything.

Condo was very clean. The owner was very prompt at responding to any and all questions. Only thing we were bummed about, was that there was no individual outdoor space like a deck or patio. Beach and plenty of good restaurants within a half mile walking distance. Happy to get our steps in.

We had the most enjoyable stay! From the gracious host who made sharing information and the checkin process seamless to the wonderfully delightful condo. We loved our time there. The condo is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one would need for the perfect home away from home. The unit was clean, well stocked, close to everything and the Host was amazing. When I sent an email I received a reply quickly. The pool was clean and warm. I liked the assigned parking spaces however the day before we left someone took our spot so we tried to go to a spot where we knew someone had left the day before. When we returned from dinner, our spot was free again.

Super impressed by the spacing, bedrooms and cleanliness. Host is most responsive and helped along the way (responses were super quick) They have tents, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, plenty of sheets and bath towels, pans/cooking etc, spices. Easy check in and the pool was perfect. I would recommend walking to Shrimpys (great food and atmosphere) there is a park right next to it where you could potentially fish or have the kids play in a small playground. 1.3 miles to public beach (pay parking) 6950 beach Plz. Only one of our days did we have an issue finding a spot but it was due to a volley ball tournament. Also, a good day trip was Clear Water (hulk hogan wrestling store/ along with a strip of shops), or maderia beach shops (near bubba gumps). Host and condo was the best. We have no complaints. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this gem
