Diese schöne Wohnung am Strand liegt direkt am Strand mit Blick auf den Ozean. Die Aussicht bietet unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge. Es gibt keinen besseren Ort, um abends einen Drink oder morgens einen Kaffee zu genießen. Die perfekte Lage bringt Sie an den weißen Sandstrand der Golfküste Floridas. In weniger als einer Minute können Sie die Wohnung verlassen und Ihre Füße auf dem warmen Sand haben. Unsere Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Vollbädern befindet sich in idealer Lage direkt am Strand von Madeira und nur wenige Gehminuten vom berühmten John's Pass und vielen anderen Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Genießen Sie die entspannenden Wellen des Ozeans oder gehen Sie die Straße entlang und genießen Sie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um eine Familie mitzunehmen. Wir möchten, dass junge Familien eine erholsame Zeit haben, daher ist die Wohnung mit einem Kinderspiel, einem Hochstuhl, einem Kinderwagen, Babyutensilien und Geschirr ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt nur 36 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Tampa oder 26 Minuten von Clearwater / St. Pete Airport, können Sie am Strand oder im Pool und Whirlpool innerhalb einer Stunde nach der Landung entspannen. Fahren Sie nur 30 Minuten in Richtung Norden, um den Clearwater Pier 60 oder das Clearwater Marine Aquarium zu besuchen, um Hope and Winter zu besuchen! Bush Gardens ist nur 45 Minuten entfernt. Mit mehreren nahe gelegenen Golfplätzen, öffentlichen Parks, Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants wird es Ihnen nicht langweilig. We had a very nice stay in this condo with our daughter & grandson. It's nicely decorated, quiet, and the beds are comfortable. It was well stocked for the most part. The K cup coffee maker was missing and since I brought coffee pods, I contacted the owner who arranged for another to be delivered within hours. Awesome response! We ran out of paper towels & trash bags 2 days before the end of our stay. We didn't feel it was worth bothering the owner again, so picked some up at the 7-11 across the street (very convenient.) There is a closet with various recreational & beach equipment, and the complex also provides pool & beach toys. The complex itself is well cared for and is directly on a nice stretch of beach. I took away a star for cleanliness because the windows and blinds in the master bedroom were dirty. It seems the housekeeper simply forgot as the rest of the condo was quite clean. Also, for the security of the residents, keypads are used everywhere, so we had to track 3 different codes for our stay, which was a bit of a hassle.

An amazing location. The condo needs to be updated. The furniture was old and I could not use any of the drawers or dressers in the second bedroom. They smelled horrible and musty. They need to be replaced. We had to replace the air-conditioning filter, ourselves. It was very dirty and I don’t know how long it had not been changed. I appreciated the icemaker and the location of the condo. It was very convenient.Our overall stay was very good and the owner kept in touch with us. Just a little disappointed on the interior of the condo. It needs a little facelift.

Fantastic property! This condo is big with lots of room, plenty of seating in the LR, amazing view from the deck - including the sunset! As the listing says, it is literally steps to the beach. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass and in a great and quiet area! We felt very safe walking around day and night (girls only trip). All pictures were taken from the deck or from the beach directly in front of the property. We had a great time and can’t wait to go again!

Perfect Find for Young Family

First, the location is excellent! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach and can easily enjoy the gulf from the balcony as well. This is a must for our beach vacations! We also loved that it was on the first floor so we didn’t have to wait on the elevator all the time. The condo was the perfect find for our young family. Because it was stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards - our kids had a blast (and we didn’t have to haul our own stuff down). The owner was very responsive when we initially had trouble with the code lock. John’s Pass was too far of a walk with the ages of our kids but plenty of parking when we drove down. We loved it so much, we talked about planning our next beach vacation around the availability of this rental!

Wonderful clean place with a great host

We've stayed at Ryan's place 3 times now and it's always clean, comfortable and a great stay. Ryan is a great host that is always in communication before, during and after our stay. The house has plenty of extras and is always clean when we arrive. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. We love staying here and look forward to coming back yearly for our annual family vacation. I highly recommend this place for beautiful beach/sunset views and easy check-in/check-out.

The only thing good about this property is location, excellent beach, warm water and close to John Pass with tons of activities to do. Other than that, not much to talk about. Our check in was bad. We arrived late at 1.30 am. Although I'd emailed the host a couple of days prior the concern about it, he assured me that I'll get the code to get into the building without any problem. Well, the code to the condo was not activated for some reason. Despite me calling the host several times for help without any answer, we were stuck at the door until 2.30 in the morning. We were about to leave to find the hotel but gave it one last try when the door opened. He activated it remotely for us. The bedding and bathroom stuff are very old and need replacements. And the worst part of the condo was the cockroaches infestation. It needs spray or fumigation badly. They were everywhere, when you opened the kitchen cupboards. We have to sanitize our luggage for days for fear of bringing the problem home with us. I love the location and the beach but would not stay there again in the future.

Fabulous family friendly spot!

This was our first time traveling with our three kids (ages 3-8), and what stood out to us about this listing (beyond how beautiful it was) was how inviting they were for families. Little things like providing a pack n' play, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. made it even easier to travel and not worry about packing these things on the plane or renting them here for additional money. The unit was great, with ample space for our family of 5. Absolutely loved hanging out on the balcony and having slow mornings where we could gaze out at the ocean while sipping our coffee. The views were stunning, and we even saw dolphins a few mornings! The pool and hot tub area was a great bonus - our 6-year-old even learned how to swim on her own this trip! It's a short drive, or even walking distance to John's Pass, which is a great area to visit multiple times. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!
