Wonderful condo. View is fantastic. Location is perfect for walking over to John’s Pass. Beds are super comfy. I do not have a single negative. We love coming to Madeira Brach and staying at Madeira Norte!

Everything would have been amazing about this place, but we weren’t notified about the pool being closed till after we arrived. It was impossible to make a comparable change through vrbo and host would only give a 10% refund for missing a main amenity that without made the vacation just okay.

You Will LOVE This Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful condo and the location is PERFECT! The condo itself is large and in very clean establishment. The view from the balcony is beautiful-you are on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The parking space for this condo is close to the elevator and there are carts to use to help carry up your luggage and bags of groceries. The condo itself has everything you need as far as dishes, towels, washcloths and bedding. John's Pass is literally across the street and an easy walk to. We had great dinners at Scully's, and the pizza and garlic knots at DeLosa's were divine! Every morning a nice gentleman cleans the grounds and organizes the chairs so everything looks perfect. The security is top-notch. You need a fob to enter the elevator, stairs, pool, and the beach. A very safe and beautiful place to stay. I highly, highly recommend!!!

This corner beach view unit was all we hoped for for our 3 generation girl’s week at the beach. Bright and clean with wonderful views. Loved the open kitchen with a view. When we arrived we were surprised that it had very few amenities by way of spices or basic cooking ingredients and only 3 dishwasher pods for a week’s stay as compared to other Vrbo units we’ve rented but we made due with Walmart deliveries. Disappointed there were no beach towels and no hair dryer or shampoo or body wash. There were lots of dishes, glasses, and cooking equipment and plenty of bath towels so that was appreciated. That said, the apartment was beautifully decorated, comfy beds, great water pressure in main bathroom. We loved being able to sit on the large balcony and watch dolphins play in the sea, and loved the bar height chairs and table which gave us a clear view over the railing. Since we flew in and didn’t rent a car, we loved Madeira Norte because of its proximity to John’s Pass … located directly across from the parking lot via a safe flashing light cross walk, filled with great beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. We were able to walk over there also for our dolphin watching excursion with Hubbards Marina, great tour!Also the 2.50 Trolly stops right out front to take you up and down Gulf Blvd, up to Clearwater or down to St Pete Beach. Fun trip…book here, you won’t regret it!!!
