Everything about this studio condo is inviting you to completely relax and unwind, with an efficient use of space, a pool with outdoor seating and lounging, directly across from beach access and an incredibly comfortable bed! This very small & friendly complex provides a safe, quiet and relaxing space for 1-2 adults. Onsite laundry, Wifi & a smart TV give you much wanted amenities, with a location that will help your worries to melt away. Welcome!

Though it is studio, this condo has incredible use of space. Located right on the pool, you walk from the parking spot through the pool area in this incredibly clean building and enter the condo, one of 10 units. Inside this well decorated and chic space, your worries will melt away. The main room is a bedroom, living space combo with a table/workspace under the TV, a sofa and ample stylish decor. At the far side of the unit is the efficient kitchen (though small it is well equipped) and bathroom with stall shower. One of the best things about this condo? Beach and pool access within seconds-minutes! NOTE - This is a community with owners and residents that truly care about keeping peace and relaxation. While we do love a fun time, if you are looking to party and get wild - THIS IS NOT THE SPACE FOR YOU! This space should be respected as a quiet oasis for owners and guests.

Guests have access to the entire studio condo including the kitchen, main room, workspace, and bathroom with shower stall. The private entrance is located right on the pool, and a walk from your parking space. The guests will enjoy onsite laundry as well.

You will be able to access our space through an electronic lock where you will have a personalized code. I am easily accessible to help solve problems! I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.

Located right across the street from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, you have the most beautiful attraction right at your fingertips! The direct neighborhood consists of other residential buildings, as well as multiple restaurants and attractions. We are a very close distance to watersport activities, St Petersburg, Tampa and all that the Bay area has to offer.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
