I would not recommend booking this unit based on our experience. Upon arrival, we found a dead cockroach in the living room, and later encountered a live one that fell from a picture frame. When this was reported, the host indicated it wasn't a cockroach but instead a “palmetto bug” (also referred to as the Florida woods cockroach) and stated that nothing could be done to address the issue.
Communication was also substandard. I sent an email on Friday inquiring about where the washer and dryer were located but did not receive a response until Sunday evening, just prior to our departure. Overall, responses were delayed and lacked clarity.
Additionally, the patio furniture was in poor condition, with chairs visibly dirty and covered in bird droppings. There was also no guidance provided regarding the location of the pool, and the pre-arrival information overall was insufficient. While we were informed that our primary contact would be Allison, no direct contact information was provided.
The only notable positive aspect of this property is its proximity to the beach, which is approximately a 5 minute walk.
