    Unsere Wohnung am Meer verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 und eine zusätzliche 4 auf der Küchentheke. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist komplett mit Granit und Edelstahlgeräten aufgerüstet. Die Räume auf dieser Strandwohnung fließen sehr gut und machen es zu einem sehr komfortablen Hotel.

    Unsere Golf-Front-Wohnung verfügt über 1400 qm Wohnfläche.

    Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher, ein eigenes Bad und Zugang zum großen Balkon am Wasser. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und das dritte Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Diese Golf Wohnung bietet Platz für insgesamt 6 Gäste.

Beautiful oceanfront condo, quiet, clean....and close to everything. It was about a 15 minute walk to the pier. The best part I loved about the condo was the hugh balcony over looking the ocean sitting with a glass of wine ~ people watching and watching the sun set

The location of this condo is perfect with an amazing view of the Gulf! We basically park our car for the week and easily walk everywhere for shopping, dining, fun at pier 60!! Our unit was so clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we need! Beach Time rentals is very responsive to anything we needed.

Location was great. View was beautiful. The room is exactly what we expected, very nicely decorated. Manager was nice. Things to improve: Our floor was covered in sand, we had to clean while we were there. Even though cleaning person just left. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rec bring your own bath towels there’s were stained. I’m sure they were clean but visually not appealing to wash/dry yourself.

The kitchen could have been equipped with items such pizza pans, cleaning spray and other a few more trash bags. Also inform renters that beach towels and other beach toys/chairs are provided so folks do not purchase them before arriving and buy unnecessary items. It was very appreciated to have those items supplied and we were able to return the things we bought for the beach to Walmart.We will be return customers! Thanks for the great stay!

Place is so outdated. Bathrooms are so old that you don’t want to go inside. Place needs to be updated and they shouldn’t be hosting anyone till it’s completely cleaned up and up to date. Very old, outdated and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa's is a perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place in a busy Beach town. I have stayed there in two different times and units. My first experience was perfect, but this year the condo had problems. The sliding door locks are rusted and don't lock. We had to move the bed to clean the breakfast bars that were left there, etc..

We reached out to our contact for the rental, Julian, and he said maintenance would come. They never did...for what you pay to rent the unit, you should have better customer service.

The sunsets were breathtaking to view from balcony and windows too! The location is quiet but located within walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops. The only suggestion would be the balcony chairs need to be updated as the sun and sea air has taken its toll on them. It was nice to have beach toys and some beach towels to use vs. having to pack those. Also wonderful to have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. With the cost of everything this condo is perfect for families or friends traveling together! We will be back for sure!

Proper maintenance not being done on the units which caused me to have to do work that the people who get paid to maintain them should have been doing. I had an issue and left a voicemail message regarding the matter and never heard back from anyone. New management company or employees I feel. I came back because in 2022 I had a great experience. Amazing family vacation

The property was clean, roomy, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. We spent our days swimming in the beautiful ocean, walking the beach or basking in the sun. We enjoyed morning coffee on the Oceanview porch and later watching the sunset over the ocean with a relaxing glass of wine. There are lots of great shops and restaurants in the area which we also enjoyed. Frenhcy's was a favorite. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Julian, the concierge, provided us with top notch customer service as he was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to returning in the near future.
