The Space:

Welcome to your modern and brightly lit 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on Indian Rocks Beach. This inviting second-floor retreat features a cohesive coastal decor theme, creating an airy and relaxing atmosphere. Step out onto your private, large balcony to enjoy the fresh sea air and a partial ocean view.



The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a full chef’s kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen includes:

• Dishwasher

• Microwave

• Drip coffee maker

• Blender

• Toaster

• All necessary cookware, dishware, and silverware

• Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar with seating for four, or gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six



This spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:

• Bedroom 1: King bed with an ensuite bathroom

• Bedroom 2: King bed

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed

• Bedroom 4: Queen bed

• Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa



The two bathrooms offer convenience and comfort:

• Bathroom 1: Walk-in shower, toilet, and single vanity

• Bathroom 2: Single vanity with a separate room for a shower/tub combo and toilet

• Towels are provided for your stay



For your comfort and convenience, the condo is equipped with:

• Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans throughout

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Iron, ironing board, vacuum, broom, and dustpan



We provide basic essentials to get you started, including two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two dishwasher pods, and two laundry pods.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you will enjoy full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living area, and your private balcony. The in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience, and the provided beach gear ensures you're ready for a day by the sea.



Parking is convenient with two dedicated spaces per unit. Please note that additional guest parking is not available on the property. For additional public parking options, consider:

Tiki Gardens - Indian Shores Beach Access: Located at 19601 Gulf Blvd (approximately a 3-minute drive). This large public beach parking lot offers beach access and restrooms. Metered parking is available (typically around $2.50/hour), and 24-hour overnight parking permits may be purchased through the Town of Indian Shores.

Public Beach Parking: Located at 18604 Gulf Blvd (approximately a 4-minute drive). This public parking lot is about a 10-minute walk south of the property.



The Neighborhood:

- Quiet, laid-back beach community in Indian Shores with uncrowded white-sand beaches just steps away.

- Walk or drive along Gulf Blvd to local seafood spots, cafes, and casual dining nearby.

- Minutes to Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass Village, and St. Petersburg for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

- Perfect mix of peaceful beach living and easy access to top Florida attractions.



Getting Around:

- Walkable area along Gulf Blvd with easy access to the beach and nearby dining

- Short drives to Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass Village, and St. Petersburg

- Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available

- Biking is a popular way to explore the coastal area

- Main roads nearby make it easy to get in and out of Indian Shores



Other Things to Note:

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents during your stay. This is not insurance.

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



Hurricane Season: If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.



Grounds Servicing: The grounds are serviced weekly by technicians who will not disturb guests. There is no set schedule.

Situations Beyond Our Control: We cannot provide refunds for inconveniences from situations beyond our control, such as external construction noise, temporary amenity closures, or utility repairs.

Supplies: Basic essentials are provided to start your stay. Additional supplies are not guaranteed; grocery stores are nearby for extra needs.

Towels: One set of bath towels per guest and beach towels are provided. Please use the in-unit washer/dryer to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

Pack ’n Play: Must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking.

Items Left Behind: A $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs apply for the return of left items. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items once guests depart.



Interaction with Guests:

We aim to provide a seamless and private stay. While we won't be present at the property, our management team is readily available by phone or message to assist with any questions or needs you may have before or during your stay.
