The hotel was clean, pool was warm. Staff was friendly, especially Kyle at the front desk very nice down to earth person always tried to help us in whatever we needed!! He deserves to be recognized!! All around a great stay would come back!!

I do apologize for any rude employees you may of encountered and want you to know that that is now how we are trained to treat guests. I will speak with my breakfast attendant and see if there was an issue the morning of your stay and ensure going forward we don't have any more issues with it. The walls were so thin I could hear people in the lobby talking at the front desk. I could hear nearby neighbors going in and out, flushing toilets, showering, etc. One night there was a large group of people drinking in the lobby and were very loud for several hours. Sometime after 11pm they finally left the lobby. The staff was obviously ok with it, since they were right on front of the front desk. The shower wasn't in good condition, there was a lot of rust build up on the door frame inside the bathroom. Bathroom floor was sticky. I won't stay here next time I'm working in the area.

Crystal I am so sorry you did not find out hotel to meet your expectations. I will follow up with my desk agents to find out why the silent night policy was not adhered to for the lobby noise. I do apologize for the bathroom floor being sticky and the rust on the bathroom door. I have gone in and credited your IHG account some additional points for your stay. I do hope that you will give us another chance in the future when you travel through this area.

Our stay was great, the room was clean. The shower was hot and had great pressure, The beds were a little hard so we had to go buy a foam cover for the bed. The food was great and all the staff was friendly. It was my second time staying there and it won't be my last

The hotel overall is very nice & breakfast was good. We didn't expect for a fifth roomer in a rodent. Didn't discover the mouse till the morning. Great place to stay but will think twice about booking a room in the near future.

I am not sure if you are reviewing the right hotel. We do have free WiFi and the pass code for it would have been on your key card jacket. As for other amenities, we have all the standard ones like Gym, Pool, Iron and ironing board, in room coffee makers. Please feel free to reach out to me to let me know what we were missing.
