„We had never been to SXM before so we weren’t really sure where to stay in relation to beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc…this place was the perfect location to all of that. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 and the resort itself was beautiful. The infinity pool, private beach, location to Mullet bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.“

Disappointed that the pool bar was not open during our stay which was not made clear when booked. Although there is a lot of restaurants within walking distance, there is not suitable sidewalks/walking paths and often have to walk in the street..“

„Beautiful views! Condo is beautiful as well. I did not receive any check in instructions or basic information such as the recommendation to not drink the water without reaching out to the property manager. The owner was very responsive and got me into contact with the property manager. An email or message in advance regarding the check in process would be great as well as a binder with instructions for the property ie do not drink the water, trash goes here, recycling here, codes for gates etc. ...
