„Needs a house/villa number on the outside to identify you are at the correct villa. There was no mention of all the bedrooms being upstairs. This would not be a child or elderly friendly place to stay. The villa was hot when we arrived, guess we expected the AC to be on. We had no hot water the first night but finally figured out how to turn it on. The nonslip mat in the shower was falling apart & needs replaced. „ Check in was easy, all was well explained in messages prior to arrival. There was even a video to show how to use the entertainment system. The host as well as the housekeeper contacted us to make sure all was okay and that we had no problems. The home itself is in good condition and was as represented in the photos.
