„Great house for families! We had 14 kids, teenagers, adults and elderly. Great sunsets, solid snorkeling off the beach, easy half mile walk to D's restaurant on Simpson Bay Beach or half mile the other way to Maho Beach and Sunset grill. Decks are amazing! Only caveat is the beach access has a low (4 ft.) tunnel, which could give people troubles, but no one had an issue for us. No oven, we grilled most nights, and had great fish from markets. Great stay, we'd come back!“

„It’s a beautiful place with incredible views but difficult to find. Once you are there there is little close by and transportation is absolutely required to get to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved our stay but couldn’t have done it without a rental car. “

„My family & I loved our time at Novels Villa. It was right on the beach and had beautiful views. The sunrises & sunsets were picture perfect, gorgeous.The location was very convenient-within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores & bars. The house was fabulous-very clean with lots of towels (bath, hand & wash cloths). It had all the appliances we needed plus a well stocked kitchen.
