„This was a great place. It was clean, well located, and right on the beach. The beach was easy to access, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We used the beach chairs that were there in the apartment. Plus, we were able to watch the fireworks in Marigot. Americans & Canadians - don’t forget your Euro plug power adapters. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. “

„Excellent stay. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Our host was very quit to respond to any enquiries and even left us freshly picked star fruit one morning.The kitchenette was very well stocked with everything you'd need to prepare a snack or meal. „The place was clean and ready when we arrived. If you are American be prepared for the stove and countertop to operate by French rules- totally fine. Also, the only en-suite bedroom is the one on the first level. I wasn't sure about that until we got there. You'll have to leave the bedroom to access the bathrooms. „The condo exceeded our expectations! It was much more spacious than we expected and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies, including coffee filters, paper towels, and dishwashing and dishwasher detergent. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful, and laundry detergent was supplied. The view of the ocean was beautiful! Access to the Marriott facilities was a bonus, especially for our adult children. We're already thinking about a return trip next year!“

„We’ve stayed in 3 different places in St Martin. We would stay in this location again. This definitely is as beautiful as described. This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg. Parking can be an issue on the island, but it was so nice here to have a gated parking spot right by our apt making it safe and easy to come and go. The location was perfect, with supermarkets and shopping centers nearby, and just a 12-minute walk to the town center. The apartment was beautifully presented, featuring a lovely shared pool and equipped with everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit. “

„Das Guesthouse ist ideal für ältere Leute, die sich entspannen wollen. Man fühlt sich willkommen und wie zu Hause. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar. Alles ist sauber und traditionell eingerichtet. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Gleich nebenan ist der Flugplatz, ideal für Fliegerfans, manchmal sehr laut. Es hat keinen Pool, kein TV, aber sehr gute Internetverbindung. Wir werden wieder kommen.“
