„They had no record of our reaction (that we had paid confirmation through hotels.com. They charged us cash to get a room. (Options in the area and time we arrived extremely limited). Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night“

„The view is supreme. The room is very clean and quite well-appointed for the class of hotel. The location is very near to town just up the way to its hilltop perch. A good walk or short tuk tuk ride . The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was good. I had reason to contact the manager and he responded quickly to sort out my issue. I highly recommend Mountjoy Ella.“

„The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do. The star of this hotel besides the staff is the view from the balcony! Looking out onto Ella was lovely, ...

„Good location. Nice view. “

„Service, Lage, Anlage.

„This is the place to stay if you come to Ella. It could not have been more perfect. You wake up to stunning views of the mountains and the most delicious homemade traditional breakfast. You can walk straight from the home to town or to hikes and popular sights. It keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the street so you can really enjoy your stay. 11/10, loved my stay here. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay again!“

„As we arrived our room that we booked was not free and we need to use one night a hotel of a lower category. The manager gave us a dinner for free in their restaurant as compensation. If you book a hotel for a higher price then you exped this and not another one. The second night we were on our room then everything was fine. The menu of the restaurant has a lot of menu's but unfortunately the most one are not available.“

„Buona struttura, ottimo host, molto disponibile e cortese. Colazione tipica.

„Beautiful views.“

„Great hotel, great service. Other reviews mention good food but to me it was just okay. I got the cheapest room and it was perfect I can’t imagine how the other rooms are. Only negative is we didn’t have a mini fridge .“
