Finde View Point - Demodara Railway Loop Hotels

„As we arrived our room that we booked was not free and we need to use one night a hotel of a lower category. The manager gave us a dinner for free in their restaurant as compensation. If you book a hotel for a higher price then you exped this and not another one. The second night we were on our room then everything was fine. The menu of the restaurant has a lot of menu's but unfortunately the most one are not available.“

„Sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal Die letzten Paar Meter zum Hotel ist der Weg nicht angenehm, aber verschlechtert das Gesamtbild nicht.“

„Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht nicht. Unser Zimmer war dunkel und unfreundlich eingerichtet. Der Boden war verfleckt und Kakalaken lagen auf dem Flur. Das Essen entsprach nicht der Hotelkategorie.“

„good clean room, fan worked well, very nice“

„Perfect spot about 350 metres from the main street of Ella. The walk home up a hill was always fun at the end of the day, but worth it as the street plops you out near Cafe Chill (plus most of the city is hilly). Basic amenities with a great shower and insane views over the city and of Ella Rock 😍“

„A wonderful and very wellcoming place to stay. The owner treats his guests like his own family members, me and my mom - we felt taken care of, we felt safe and protected, we got lots and lots of good and helpful information and had a WONDERFUL, wonderful experience with the owner and his wife, who's home-baked cake I will always remember with saliva in my mouth. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!“

„We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Nine Arch Bridge and jungle was so beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, too! The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the main road to the accommodation was especially appreciated given the steep and narrow road. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily recommend!“

„Etwas abgelegen aber gut, sauber und Personal freundlich. Es gibt keine Rezeption“

„Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och god frukost! Men extremt lyhört och svårt att få upp värmen i rummet. “

„Très belle chambre et salle de bain. Séjour conforme à nos attentes“

„I booked and paid for my room in advance. I booked a Deluxe Double with Balcony and breakfast. When I arrived, they didn't know about my booking. My room was obviously already taken but they were not honest about that. I was put into another room with no balcony and told that 'the price does not include breakfast'. After a couple of email exchanges with me providing proof of my 'confirmed' booking, he agreed to include breakfast (but he did not change my room). My 'balcony' was the shared area ...

„Property had an “Exceptional” rating and itProperty looked run down, verging on dangerous. It was in a completely out of the way area; far from any businesses/shops/restaurants. “
