• Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended, even in the fenced yard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. Pets may roam freely inside while you are home.

• Guests are responsible for basic tasks such as trash removal during their stay.

• The home uses propane heat and hot water. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal for propane systems.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Poop bags are provided for your convenience. Please clean up after pets and keep them off the furniture. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended, even in the fenced yard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. Pets may roam freely inside while you are home.

This is a self-managed home. Guests are responsible for taking out trash as needed during their stay. A dumpster is located on the property for convenience.



• Propane Heat & Hot Water

The home uses propane for heating and hot water. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal. These systems are safe and efficient. Please reach out if you have any concerns.



• Gas Grill

The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line, so there is no propane tank to replace. Simply turn on the valve near the grill and start cooking.
