„My husband and I chose this area because we love to kayak fish. We were in close proximity to St. George Island where we put in at tbe state park on the. Ay side. Fabulous fishing from this area. Caught several reds, trout, and even 2 sharks. When we returned in the evening, we were skeptical to fish off the house boat in the river due to other reviews of just cat fish. „The property has great views. The porch was great however just know neighbors on both sides are just feet away and hear and see everything so no privacy while on the porch . We were very surprised how dirty it was considering we paid over 500$ per night. At that price we did expect the quality to fit the price. I took pictures and showed them to the owner.
