Communication: By phone is excellent. Staff answered right away and tried to address my concerns as best as they could. Communication through the Expedia platform got lost in the nether, I have yet to receive a reply.
Accommodations: It was about what I expected. Everything clean and in working order as far as appliances, showers, beds, HVAC.
Amenities: The family pool was the main thing we used. It was also well used by everyone else in the complex.
Not so great: The internet was unusable. I work in IT and was trying to work remotely from our unit. Without having access to their network, I can only guess at likely causes of the poor experience. Based on their subnet that I connected to the max connections is only 254 devices. A typical family would have at least 10 devices to connect, this doesn't count the TVs already connected. 30+ condos, you can do the math. Second issue would be bandwidth and speed, which I could not reliably test because everything was "loading" and bogged down by the devices that could eventually connect.
TLDR: Great value, comfortable, friendly. If you need internet for work or leisure, you will need to hotspot yourself or go someplace else.
