The bunk room features a custom built-in; the twin over full bunk beds with individual nightlights and charging panels as well as plush mattresses are comfortable for kids and adults alike. The bunk room also boasts an additional flat-screen TV with personal log-in capabilities. This home also has three outdoor living areas that include a deluxe BBQ grill, outdoor dining tables, a private hot tub, a fire pit, swinging chairs, and ample seating. A large capacity LG washer and dryer located in the garage will auto-dispense Tide Free & Clear detergent so doing laundry is a breeze. Additional in-home amenities include shampoo & conditioner, body wash and lotion in all full bathrooms, an iron and ironing board, pool towels, pickleball equipment, board games, and a dual-shot basketball arcade game.
