„Our room was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. We had eggs and sausage. Parking was under the building. One of the front desk workers creeped us out. The other one was very kind. My bed squeaked every time I moved. But was very comfortable. I had a nice hot shower. It was very quiet in our room all night, which was very nice.“

„Room was great. Staff were quick and helpful. Easy checkin. Breakfast was great. Pool was comfortable and the hot tub was nice and hot.“

„Room was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like combination of wet dog and urine. Side chair was stained and dirty. Son had stepped on glass shard that was in carpet. We were stuck with this room as it was last one at a very late check in. They did move us the following day.“

„Sehr gute Wahl für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt. “

„The staff was wonderful and we had a great night“

„I was only put off for the staff refused family check in. Eventually she did but not until I had to make a seperate call to hotel. After that exchange staff changed stance and was helpful“

„As we walked through the lobby door we were met with a terrible odor. Not only was the pool closed, they were remolding the area so we had to listen to a loud jackhammer for several hours. I forgot to mention the sinks that were out in the bushes in front of the lobby. Immediately I asked the guy at the desk if I could just get my money back and was told no. Not only that, he told me that I needed to leave a $100 deposit…. NEVER AGAIN….“

„The room was decent. The bed was great. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The waffle mix was sour and non-edible. The eggs were powdered (not a big deal) but were already burned. The biscuits were hard, and the gravy in the crock pot was also burned and looked old—most likely from the day before and inedible. Keep in mind this was at 6 AM when breakfast started. The coffee was extremely diluted. Overall unsat. Eat at your own risk.“

„Was an acceptable stay.“

„It was a cute place to stay in St. Charles and your right there near everything.“

„*The actual apartment was unique and inviting.*The host was easily contacted and answered questions.*The mouse trap in the corner was unsettling.*The lack of an adequate door locking mechanism was VERY uncomfortable for two traveling women. Neither of us slept much with the door situation. *The bed was comfortable and the listing matched as far as everything BUT the lack of door safety.“

„Easy to get to and close to everything. The place was very cozy and comfy, with a cool historic vibe that we all liked. It was a very pleasant stay for us.“
