„The Hotel was very easy to find. The staff was very friendly. The room was fantastic! This hotel really knows how to take care of their guests! As we arrived at the Airport and realized that my son had forgotten his jacket in in the room(with wallet etc.) it took just one call to the hotel and everything was taken care of! Thanks again to wonderful staff. This is the only hotel I'll be staying at when in the St, Charles area.“

The location is very convenient and close to
shopping, restaurants and exploring St. Charles and Geneva.
There is ample parking and a good breakfast. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The lobby area is spacious and has room for people to visit.“

„Close to NOW arena, only 7 mins walk. Breakfast selection is great! Especially the turkey sausage and the gravy. Love their gravy very much. They also provide laundry machine for $3 and another $3 for drying. Great hotel“

"If you book breakfast and pay accordingly, it cannot consist only of cornflakes. On one day, there wasn't even any milk available! The carpet in the room was more than just dirty. It hasn't been vacuumed in ages. No transfer is offered either, as described in the listing."
"Das Hotel hat auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck gemacht; tolles äußeres Erscheinungsbild, gute Umgebung und prunkvoller Eingang.
Das Zimmer war allerdings ziemlich abgewohnt, das Bett quietschte die ganze Nacht und war durchgelegen. Die Tür zum Flur war sehr dünn und hellhörig, die Tür zum Badezimmer war stark beschädigt und das Highlight war das vollkommen blinde Fenster.
Die Preise für das Essen im Hotel waren selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse überzogen und die Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wird für 5$ verkauft.
Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, da es dem Mindeststandard für eine erholsame Nacht nicht bietet. Da können weitaus günstigere Motels einiges mehr als dieses vollwertige Hotel."

Downtown Chicago mit dem Auto innerhalb 30-50 Minuten erreichbar. Je nach Verkehrslage."
"We missed our flight and needed a place to stay for just one night, and we're so glad we ended up at the Wyndham Garden Elk Grove Village. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and kind, which made a stressful day a lot more bearable.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was impressively spacious and beautifully furnished, much more than we expected for a short stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee maker and a microwave in the room, which added a real touch of comfort and convenience.
All in all, this unexpected stop turned out to be a very pleasant experience. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention.
Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all.
I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂
Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
