Please note the following:
This is a nonsmoking property.

Please use the outside shower to remove all sand before entering the pool or the home.

Pets are allowed on the property. The pet fee is $150 for one dog, and $250 for to be paid at the time of booking. Dogs up to 30 lbs in weight, and up to two dogs max. Please keep pets off the furniture and they may not go in the pool.

For your protection, we have cameras on the exterior of the property.

Events allowed for an additional fee. Quiet time is between 10pm to 9 am and must be strictly observed.
Your door code will change automatically for your no contact entry at 4pm and will change again upon your departure at 10 am.

White Rose is structured toward family vacations. Being a family ourselves, we are set up and geared toward children of all ages. We welcome you to come and bring your children and make beautiful memories year after year.
Per insurance guidelines, you must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

PET POLICY:
Nonrefundable pet fee of $150 for 1 dog, $250 for 2. Dogs no larger than 30 lbs. each. No other pets allowed.
You must pick up after your pet. If housekeepers have to dispose of pet waste there will be a fine of $750. Any non disclosed pets found on property will also incur a fine. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will be bringing any dog(s).

•Please keep pets off furniture. We ask that if your pets do tend to lay on the couch or the bed at home to please go ahead and bring your own pet linen to cover. Any excessive pet hair or pet stains to carpet, linens, furniture or flooring and any damages to the property may result in additional fees.

•Dog is not allowed to be left at the property alone under any circumstances.

•Do not leave pet unattended outside.

•Pet is not allowed in pool.

Our pool is equipped with an electric heat pump. The electric heat pump captures heat from the ambient air and its effectiveness is reduced at temperatures below 55°. At these lower air temperatures there will not be any heat generated until the air temperature increases above 55°. The water temperature is set for 87°.
