*Hot water may temporarily run out after a long shower or several showers taken close together. Please allow approximately 30–40 minutes, or a little longer if needed, for the water heater to replenish the hot water supply.

*No smoking indoors (strictly enforced; fines may apply) Smoking only outdoors; use provided ashtrays

*Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

*Only registered guests allowed; additional visitors must be approved. Unauthorized visitors may incur a fee

*Only toilet paper may be flushed. Trash cans are provided in each bathroom for all other items to prevent clogs.

*Do not block traffic or park on neighbors’ property

*Hot Tub: Please rinse off sand before using the hot tub. Sand can damage the pump and may result in an additional fee.

*Welcome kit with essentials provided (shampoo, soap, detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels); guests replenish as needed

*Pets allowed (fee may apply per pet). We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly, and please keep pets off the beds and furniture.

*Check-in: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM; early check-in may be available; fees may apply

*Check-out: before 11:00 AM; late check-out may be available; fees may apply
