The house is fully available to guests, there is a locked closet for the owner.

-HOUSE RULES-

• Pet Friendly 🐶 : We welcome dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed.

• Pet Fee: A $175 pet fee applies for 1–2 dogs per stay. The pet fee is not automatically included in your booking total and will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed. Please provide your pet information when booking. There is no pet fee for certified service animals.

• Pet Policy: Please do not leave dogs alone at the home for long periods of time. Distressed pets may cause damage, and excessive barking can disturb neighbors. The beach is dog-friendly, but leash laws apply. We’d love to hear about your dogs!

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

• Please refer to the `house rules` section for all house rules, thanks!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s) we love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
