🌞OTHER NOTEWORTHY THINGS:
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. The individual making the reservation is required to occupy the home for the full duration of the stay.
- While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed at this property. A fine of $500 will be charged if pets are not disclosed prior to check-in.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- While the elevator services the first through third floors, it does not service the rooftop deck. Guests must climb stairs.
- More specific instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
- Be mindful and respectful in regards to noise levels. Parties or loud music will NOT be tolerated. Additional rules and regulations for the patio and quiet hours will be provided upon arrival.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras located around the property recording 24/7 (front of home, rear of home, and front door). While we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience, we have better things to do than spend our time spying on our guests - the cameras are more for safety reasons.
- Must sign rental agreement upon booking.
- Must submit a $500 off-platform security "hold" that will be collected upon signing rental agreement, but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
