Adventure to Downtown St. Augustine, only a short 3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride from the home. Or catch some Florida sunshine on the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach, just a 10 minute drive from the home!



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and private backyard with pool as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee.

St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.



Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the home.



Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking space for up to 3 cars included with your stay.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Other Things to Note:

SECURITY CAMERA: The home has active exterior security cameras installed. No private areas can be seen and no interior cameras. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation being cancelled and guests requested to vacate the premises.

Looking forward to a warm swim? Pool/Spa heat is available at this home for $35 per night. After booking, you’ll find the details in your Guest Portal, where you can review and agree to the pool/spa heat terms and conditions and pay the fee.

If you’d like to add pool/spa heat to your stay, please review the information and make your request before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Requests made after arrival will include an additional $35 activation fee.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, we ask everyone to complete a few simple steps in the portal before arrival: verify their information, review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement, and choose one of two protection options:

• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
