Built in 1885 and later converted into a private residence, this two-story carriage home reflects its historic roots while supporting a comfortable stay. The main level features two bedrooms and a full bathroom, along with easy access to the outdoor areas. Upstairs, the living room, dining space, and kitchen come together in an open layout designed for gathering, while the primary bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom. Throughout the home, air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and thoughtful essentials help maintain a comfortable environment year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with three beds. Each room offers a quiet place to rest after a day exploring downtown or enjoying the nearby coastline, with a layout that balances shared living and personal space.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is located upstairs alongside the dining area, creating a natural space to prepare meals and spend time together. Whether starting your morning with coffee at the table or winding down in the evening, the setup keeps everything within easy reach and on one level.
