A private pool anchors the outdoor space, offering a refreshing place to cool off between beach outings. Pool heat is available upon advance request for $40/day. From the balcony, you can enjoy shifting light over the beach and ocean, a comfortable vantage point for sunrise reflections or the softer tones of late afternoon. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - make it easy to head out for the sand, and free parking on premises for up to four vehicles keeps arrivals and departures simple.

Living spaces and entertainment
Inside, multiple levels create natural separation for both together time and quiet retreat. The first floor features a dedicated entertainment area with an HDTV with Roku, ideal for movie nights or relaxed downtime after a day outdoors. Wifi supports streaming and remote work, while central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the year. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a comfortable space where you can cook your own meals, with room to gather around the dining table and ease into unhurried dinners. Whether preparing a simple breakfast before the beach or sitting down together in the evening, the layout supports shared time without feeling crowded.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds. A bunk room features 2 twin-over-full beds. A guest room includes 2 double beds. The ocean-facing primary bedroom offers a king bed and balcony access. A second bedroom provides a king bed, and a queen bedroom overlooks a quiet nature preserve. Three bathrooms and clothing storage - including walk-in closet, closet, and dresser - help everyone settle in comfortably.

The setting
Located in Vilano Beach, you are a short walk from sandy paths and coastal breezes, with scenic beach, ocean, and pool views woven into daily life. Historic downtown St. Augustine is about 6 miles away, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and landmarks before returning to your beachside retreat.
