Sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this three-level home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths. Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to recharge after a day by the water or exploring St. Augustine. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, and a washer and dryer add convenience for extended stays or sandy beach afternoons. An in-home elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cab at least 52 inches deep - ensures smooth access to every level of the home.

Living spaces
Natural light fills the open living area, where comfortable seating and an HDTV invite you to relax at your own pace. Whether you are streaming a favorite show or catching up on work, Wifi and a dedicated workspace help you stay connected. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support comfort year-round, while home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit offer added peace of mind. A private entrance and self check-in with a lockbox make arrivals simple.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, complete with a dining table that brings everyone together for morning coffee or evening dinners. After a day outdoors, gather inside for a relaxed meal or step out to the grill using the provided barbecue utensils for an easy coastal cookout.

Outdoor living & pool
A patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors, offering a spot to enjoy the ocean air. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater. The pool is shared with the North house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). With beach access just across A1A, shoreline walks and ocean swims are always close by. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for your convenience.

Parking & additional features
Free parking on premises - 3 spaces - provides plenty of room for vehicles, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski.

Dog-friendly stays
This home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, so your four-legged companion can join your coastal getaway.

Set in North Vilano Beach, you are just steps from the Atlantic shoreline while remaining minutes from the historic streets, dining, and cultural landmarks of St. Augustine. Spend your days by the ocean, then return to a relaxed retreat that feels connected to both the beach and the city.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions.
