On the first floor, immerse yourself in the heart of the home—a sleek and fully equipped kitchen featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a chic kitchen island with seating for four. The inviting living area, complete with an L-shaped couch and a large flat-screen TV, is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. A convenient ½ bath and a washer/dryer add to the ease of your stay, while the adjacent porch beckons with an outdoor dining area, offering a tranquil space with outstanding sunsets to savor your meals al fresco.

Ascend to the second floor, where two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms await. Each room features a queen bed, closets, individual TVs, luggage racks, and ceiling fans for your comfort. The guest bath on this floor is a spa-like retreat, boasting a full bath with a walk-in shower and dispensers filled with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. Extra linens and blankets ensure a cozy and restful night's sleep.

Climb to the third floor to discover your luxurious Master Suite, featuring a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, large flat-screen TV, walk in closet, and windows framing spectacular views. The adjoining Master bath features a walk-in shower, along with dispensers stocked with shower essentials. Beyond the bath, discover all this master suite has to offer. A sitting area, a work area - ideal for both business and leisure, plus a vanity with a lighted mirror. Alongside these areas of the suite, you will also find a Keurig coffee maker, conveniently enjoy a cup when catching up on work or while getting ready for a night out on the town.

Outside of the home take a stroll into St. Augustine, being sure to take advantage of all that the city has to offer. A short 15-minute drive takes you to the sun-soaked shores of St. Augustine Beach or Vilano Beach, promising endless seaside delights.
