Our vacation rental is located in beautiful Davis Shores in St. Augustine, and is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends traveling together. With something for everyone, this vacation rental is sure to provide memories that will last a lifetime.

Upstairs, enjoy open-concept living with a bright, fully stocked kitchen and a spacious family room that invites connection. The dining area comfortably seats 8, with an optional leaf for additional space. The living room features a 65" Samsung Smart TV, electric fireplace, and bar area—perfect for entertaining or winding down after a day out. Step onto the eastern-facing front deck from either upstairs bedroom for a peaceful morning coffee, or enjoy dinner and cocktails on the back deck with sunset views and spiral staircase access to the pool and yard below. A secure gate at the top of the stairs provides added peace of mind for families.

-Note: Vehicles are not permitted to park in the garage, but the paved driveway accommodates up to six average-sized vehicles.

🗺️ There are a few points of interest within walking distance but you will likely want to have a car to explore all of St. Augustine while you are here. Uber and Lyft are readily available.

🚗 No vehicles allowed inside the garage. There is parking for six vehicles in the driveway as well as street parking.
🏊‍♂️ Follow all pool safety rules.: Pool heating is available for a daily fee from Nov 1 - May 1 and weather dependent. Please inquire for further details. Pool company is on site for maintenance weekly.
🏠 This is a two story home. Guests with mobility constraints can avoid all stairs by entering through the garage and would have access to the downstairs bedrooms and backyard.
🔇Our neighborhood is mostly made up of long term residents who live here year-round. Excessive noise and parties at any hour are STRICTLY prohibited and quiet hours between 9pm and 7am are enforced. If noise complaints are received, local authorities may be notified.
⚠️Guests use all amenities including pool, exercise equipment, and fire pit at their own risk. Owners and property management will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages associated with use of amenities.
👤An additional charge will apply starting with the 8th guest and for each additional guest thereafter.
🧽If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking.

Fantastic property! Perfect for our annual family summer trip to St Augustine! Plenty of room, kitchen is huge great for making meals and memories! We walked the neighborhood daily, lovely neighbors! We spent most days in the pool having a blast! The outside bar, TV and lounging area was perfect for us! Quick trip to the beach, fishing or downtown! Owners/property managers were great and good communication. Would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

So happy with our stay. Whole family gathered for a week of relaxation and this property did not disappoint. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 7 adults, 1 child , a baby and two dogs. Everyone had their own space. The pool area with Tv and BBQ grill allowed for many hours of relaxation. House was so close to town and beach. Very convenient for everyone. Driveway allowed 6 cars so family could come and go.Living room TV broke while we were there and were able to reach owners immediately with response. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful!! Check in was easy and the house was beautiful and clean upon arrival! The kids LOVED the pool! There are tons of toys, games and books for the little ones! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location, close to downtown, restaurants and beaches. The house were fully stocked with toiletries (huge plus as most rentals don’t do this). The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. There are plenty of beach towels, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. Anything you’d need for a day at the beach they have! They have a well stocked workout area that we also utilized! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this home! We will be back!

Great Stay!

The house is very well maintained and clean. The main floor layout is open, which makes it easy to hang out and spend time with friends and family. The backyard is perfect to hang out, swim, watch tv and BBQ. It’s a short walk to some restaurants and walkable to the Amp. Management team is super responsive and accommodating.

Perfect home for vacation to St Augustine

Our family takes a family vacation (6 adults, 5 children (ages 9-18), and one dog) every year to various locations. We picked St Augustine this year and were not disappointed! This home is very conveniently located to the beach, lighthouse, putt putt, the Alligator Farm, historic St Augustine, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the pool every day either before or after an adventure. The home is very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. Kelly, the property manager, was very responsive to my emails, texts, and phone calls. We enjoyed this vacation so much we are considering going back next year and hopefully renting the same home.

Great location and host

The house was perfect for 6 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. Room for more. House was very well stocked and clean. The pictures do not do the listing justice. Kids and adults had fun in the pool. The outside television and bumper plates in the garage was an added bonus. Great neighborhood for early morning running. The host was amazing. Responded quickly to all our questions (hurricane season) and made us feel right at home. We will be back!

A Perfect Retreat

We don’t normally rent from a place that has no reviews, but Kelly, our host, was VERY quick to respond to ALL of my questions prior to renting, so we decided to try this newly listed home! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well thought out in every way. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had plastic storage for leftovers. We didn’t have to go to the store the first night because there were a few coffee pods, a roll of paper towels, some bottled water and toilet paper already stocked. All bedrooms were beautifully decorated and had very comfortable beds. Garage was set up as workout area and we used it each morning. Outdoor pool area had nice outdoor furniture, a great grill, kegerator ( which we used!), and a very clean salt water pool. Pool guy showed up twice while we were there and enjoyed chatting with him about local things. 100% recommend. We will definitely be back! Joni & Scott
