  • Wenn Sie in den zweiten Stock dieses Reihenhaus mit 2 1/2 Bädern und Meerblick eintreten, haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick vom Balkon des Ozeans. Es gibt ein Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Fernseher und einen DVD-Player. Der gesamte Boden ist gefliest, wodurch er für den Sommer kühl und leicht von Sand zu reinigen ist. Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und einen eigenen Internetzugang, um Ihr Telefon auf Daten zu speichern. Im Summerhouse stehen 4 temperaturgeregelte Pools zur Auswahl, sodass Sie das ganze Jahr über bequem schwimmen können! Es gibt auch vier Tennisplätze, zwei Racquetballplätze und einen Pickleballplatz. Wir haben zwei Grillplätze und zwei Spielplätze für Kinder, die sich an beiden Enden des Grundstücks befinden. Unser Gemeinschaftsbereich rund um die Pools ist mit üppigem, gepflegtem Gras bedeckt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Unsere Mieteinheit verfügt über ein freundliches Front-Office-Personal und eine Wartung vor Ort, um Probleme schnell zu lösen, falls sie auftreten sollten. Wir haben eine kleine Bibliothek und ein Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung während der normalen Geschäftszeiten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally happy with this experience and look forward to returning next year to the same 330 rental. However, while a number 0f things were fixed right away, anumber of problems were not fixed: ice maker broken;furniture needs update; front door leaks air ; deck was only partially updated; one burner on stove doessn't work and the other thre were slanted which made cooking difficult.

Lovely stay

The location is beautiful but the condo needs some updating. The front door has gaps around it and the wind whistles very loudly through it. The couch needs Febreze….smells like sweat. Mildew in the shower seems out of control even if cleaned every day. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice time staying at summerhouse..The grounds are kept nicely..the pool was clean and cared for..The price is on the high side so you expect the property to be nice and it was..The room (SH330) was moderately equipped.The icemaker doesn't work,the main TV is only about 37".small bedroom Tv in main BR and none in 2nd movie channels just basic had a thick heavy winter bedspread in summertime??..shower had a little mold between tiles which I didn't expect with such a high cleaning grills in a townhouse unit..Overall the unit was OK but for the $$ i thought could be better..property on the most southern end of island so a bit of a drive to go shopping, restaurants etc..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am enjoying my stay here at Summerhouse. The unit definitely needs some TLC. The backsplash in the kitchen was very dirty when I arrived. The lights in the stairway and main hallway were burned out and the burners on the stove didn’t fit well. Office maintenance took care of those, thank you. Also found the dryer is not vented to the outside so upstairs becomes very humid and dusty. It has been reported. The primary bath sink has a leak and there is mold. Also reported. We changed the furnace filter which was horribly dirty, the tv remote is barely usable, looks like it was chewed. The outside deck chairs are extremely rusty and two of the three are unusable.After updates and repairs that need to be made, I would recommend this property.

Summer vacation at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Have stayed at Summer House many times over the years and we have a great time. We especially love being right on the beach and having a condo with a full kitchen. Plenty of places near by to dine any grocery shop.
