Located just off of Cordova Street and just a couple of blocks from the St. George Street walking district, this home is surrounded by other beautiful historic homes, quaint tree-covered streets, and is a short walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again!

16 Saragossa Street is recently refurbished and restored in a way that will help you enjoy the rich heritage of the home and surrounding town while also have modern conveniences and everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy classic and crisp linens, soft towels, and all you need to cook "at home." Gather on the back porch for an evening cookout, and in the family room for a movie on the large screen TV. Wake up to a cup of coffee in the front room looking out over the beautiful street.

**PET POLICY: Only small dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

The check-in process was seamless. I was kept up to date with text messages and accurate instructions for locating and entering the property without any trouble. Property was as pictured, but there is a strong mildewy smell in the home. They would benefit from a dehumidifier running. I didn't see any obvious leaking, but once in the home you really can't smell it. Nose blindness is real.The kitchen is well equipped with bowls pots and pans silverware glassware. The outdoor space was lovely but the table where the fire pit is was dirty. Downside: there were no cleaning products and no spices at all which would have been a convenience. We were only there for three nights and did not plan to have to bring those items.Location was walking distance to the fort a d all the St George St shopping & waterfront restaurants.

This was a girls trip but we were close enough to the main area to walk everywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. The only problem was we couldn’t enjoy the porch because of the mosquitoes.

We really enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk to all of the sites but far enough away to be quiet and easy to access by car. The off-street parking was an appreciated bonus. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and more importantly, the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Here's a sample review for you:"We had a great stay at this property! The place was clean, well-maintained, and met all of our basic needs. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the amenities provided. However, one thing to note is that the seating arrangement could use improvement, especially for larger groups. With the number of guests we had, there wasn’t enough seating in the living area for everyone to be comfortable. It would also be nice for a group of 6 to have another daybed or futon in the sun room for another sleeping option. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"

This beautiful old home in St. Augustine had all of the comforts that we needed for our three night stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the sun porch in the mornings, and the outside porch in the late afternoons. It is a great home to relax in after busy days enjoying the city. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The location of the home was excellent. It’s on a quiet street within a short walking distance to historic St. Augustine. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. We highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our time in St Augustine and staying in this property. The location of this home allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We parked our car when we arrived and did not move it until the morning we checked out! The house is a beautiful vintage home with all the modern comforts. Very clean! The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We would absolutely stay in this house again!

Wonderful location, 10-15 minute walking distance to most attractions in old St Augustine. Property was spotlessly clean with one exception; sheets on master bedroom bed were soiled and gritty, fortunately clean linen was provide for changing. Only other issue was with property security lights. Motion activated and VERY bright. Even with bedroom blinds close the on/off action's like a SWAT raid. Heavy drapes or pull down shades in bedrooms would help. All in all I would recommend for a visit to the oldest city.
