The Space:
This location offers unbeatable proximity to everything, making it incredibly convenient to plan your visit. This home is designed to provide the ultimate relaxation and socializing experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing and exploration. The vibrant city center, with all its attractions, is just a short 10-minute walk away.

Whether you're seeking quality bonding time or a relaxing getaway, alongside exploring all the wonderful offerings of this city, our home is a perfect choice. Additionally, we provide a sweet, fully enclosed, and semi-private courtyard accessible from different sides and the back door of the house. Please note that there are two apartments on the second floor with permanent tenants who access their units through the courtyard. However, the rest of the courtyard is exclusively available for your enjoyment!

Feel comfortable knowing the home is kid-friendly and includes a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, and fireplace guards.

- The living room features super comfortable seating and a wall-mounted smart TV.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal, and we've made sure to include the most important basics, even a dishwasher to make cleaning up after meals a breeze, saving you time and effort.

- A dining table to seat up to 8 and enjoy a sit-down meal with good conversation.

- The space sleeps 6 across 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed in the common area. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 (the master) has a queen bed. There are also two full bathrooms.

- A washer and dryer for your convenience. Some detergent is provided but not replenished* You can find them at the end of the same level deck out back (NOT upstairs).

- One of the top highlights of this property is the garden courtyard in the back of the home, that’s fully enclosed with privacy fencing and beautifully landscaped. There are also ample seating where you can gather and enjoy each other’s company and the gorgeous weather.

- Designated parking for up to 4 vehicles.

- This is a dog-friendly property (sorry, no cats). Please inform us and get approval for your pet before booking to avoid any issues. Pet fees: $150 for up to 7 nights, $250 for stays of 8+ nights. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be crated if left alone ($100 fine for unattended, uncrated pets), and you must clean up after them. Note: The backyard is semi-fenced, and gates may be left open by neighbors, so letting your dog roam is at your own risk.
- Guests must be 25 or older to book.
- You may need to sign a Rental Agreement and present ID at check-in or during your stay.
- Some bookings may require a refundable security deposit, returned after check-out if all terms are met.
- We supply basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, coffee, and cleaning essentials (dish soap, detergent, paper towels, etc.), plus linens and towels. Contact us if you need anything else upon arrival—we’ll do our best to help!
- No smoking inside, drug use, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited ($300 fine for violations).
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. This is a quiet neighborhood with close neighbors, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. - If you're planning a big gathering, this may not be the right spot.
- Only the number of guests listed in your reservation may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome as long as they don’t stay the night.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs during their stay.
- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

The unit was very nice and had plenty of comfortable seating to hang out. We did not care for the king bed matress, as it was worn out and very soft and did not have the support we like. The other matresses were in good shape and supportive (like a hotel matress). The management company was very responsive and friendly.

Not what we expected

Unfortunately, this stay was not what we had hoped for. Despite assurances that we would have access to the entire home, we arrived to find that only the first floor was available, and we would be sharing the patio with upstairs tenants and a neighboring property. Additionally, we experienced multiple domestic disturbances in the neighboring unit while our children were outside, which was concerning. The location was convenient in terms of walking distance to nearby attractions, but the neighborhood felt like it might be on the decline. Inside the home, the air felt damp and musty, and the furniture had a wet, uncomfortable feel. Even the bedding was damp to the touch, which made for an unpleasant experience. After leaving, I contacted the owner about accidentally leaving an iPad behind and inquired about having a friend pick it up. I was surprised to receive a response saying I would need to pay an additional $100 for "excessive dog hair" left behind, even though this was a pet-friendly listing, and I had mentioned bringing my dogs in advance. To clarify, I was also informed that we had to keep our pets with us at all times due to complaints from neighbors about noise, despite the listing being explicitly pet-friendly. Overall, this stay was not as expected, and while we appreciated the location's proximity to local attractions, the issues we encountered made it less than ideal.

Great weekend stay!

Close to everything so we never had to fight for parking spots! Walked everywhere! House was nice. The only thing I can say that could use improvement is the TV’s. The master bedroom TV roku had never been set up at all so we weren’t able to watch anything. There wasn’t access to any channels on the living room TV so if you didn’t have your own apps you couldn’t watch anything.

Amazing Vacation!!!!!!!

My son-in-law, my daughter and I are still raving about our time in St. Augustine and still saying we could have stayed longer. The price was doable, the house clean, safe and cozy. We loved the walks to town, to the playground for the grandkids; and the close proximity of the beach. We could not have been more pleased with our time there!

Family spring break getaway

The home worked out well for us. The front porch was very relaxing. Nice neighborhood with a park and playground (S.W.I.N.G.) within walking distance. We walked to lunch each day but cooked dinner at home. We did walk to the Ice Plant for dinner the last night of our stay. It’s really nice to go to dinner without taking the car!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to everything. We were able to park our car and walk for the entire weekend of exploring St. Augustine! The amenities at the house were great and property management were very responsive.
